All Shippable bikes are assembled and tuned before repackaging for shipment. Bike brands that are not permitted to be shipped are limited to local pickup only. Parts and accessories purchased along with local pickup bikes will also default to local pickup only. Shipped bikes only requires the installation of the handlebar, and front wheel. It is recommended to have a qualified bicycle service technician finish these steps.
Not all bike inventory is assembled. There is up to a two business day processing delay when it comes to bicycle in-store pickups. You will receive a verification e-mail as soon as your order is ready for pickup (1 to 2 business days).
No returns on bicycles once they leave the store. In the case of Shipping damages, Insurance Car rack systems have a 30 day return/exchange acceptance if item condition is still considered as Unused in box with a restocking fee up to 30% if accepted. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days on undamaged/unused parts and accessories. This Includes packaging of items.
All sale prices listed online reflect in-stock items only. Prices for special ordered items are subject to change according to the updated pricing published by the brand, including shipping costs.
Most parts, accessories, and eligible bicycles purchased through our website can be shipped directly to customers within the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Bicycles are assembled and inspected by our service department before shipping to ensure they arrive in proper working condition. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination.
-Parts and accessories: approximately 3–7 business days
-Bicycles and oversized items: approximately 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the order size, item weight, and delivery location.
Some products listed online may currently be display inventory available in our retail store. These items may still be purchased online and shipped to customers when eligible.
Customers may also choose in-store pickup at checkout. Orders will be prepared and customers will receive a notification once the order is ready for pickup.
Certain brands or bicycle models may have manufacturer restrictions that limit shipping. When this occurs, those products will be available for in-store pickup only.
